1. Who we are

These terms apply to every order placed with Albion Research. Please insert your registered company name, company number and trading address here before trading.

2. Products and specification

Products are described using the specification supplied to us: product name, strength per vial and pack size. Unless stated otherwise, each listed price covers a complete 10 vial kit. We make no additional representations about any product.

3. Research use only

All products are sold for research purposes only. They are not medicines and are not supplied for human consumption or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment or prevention. We do not offer medical advice. By placing an order you confirm you are purchasing for lawful research purposes.

4. Prices

All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Postage and packaging is charged at a flat £15 per order regardless of the number of items purchased. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

5. Payment

Payment is accepted by UK bank transfer only. You must quote the order reference we provide as your payment reference. Orders are not processed until payment is received and matched to the order. Confirming through the website that you have sent a transfer does not constitute payment.

6. Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, including where stock is unavailable, where a payment cannot be matched, or where we believe an order is not for lawful research use. Where we cancel an order that has been paid, we refund the amount received.

7. Delivery

We dispatch from our UK warehouse on a tracked courier service to the address you supply. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability in relation to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
