When you place an order we collect your name, email address, telephone number and delivery address, along with the items, quantities and totals for your order. We do not collect or store card details, because we do not accept card payments.

Why we collect it

We use your details to process and dispatch your order, to match your bank transfer to the correct order, and to contact you about that order. We keep order records for our accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share your delivery details with the courier that carries your parcel, and we use hosting and database providers to run this website and store order records securely. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details on our contact page.

Cookies and local storage

Your basket is stored in your own browser so it is still there when you return. We do not use advertising cookies.
