UK dispatch, flat-rate delivery
Stock is held in the United Kingdom and dispatched from our UK warehouse once payment has been received and matched.
UK warehouse
Every line we list is held in our own UK warehouse and packed in-house. No overseas drop-shipping and no customs waits.
Flat £15 postage
Postage and packaging is £15 per order, not per item. One kit or ten kits, the delivery charge stays the same.
Tracked dispatch
Orders are sent on a tracked UK courier service in discreet, protective packaging.
Bank transfer only
We accept UK bank transfer. You receive our bank details and a unique payment reference immediately after checkout.
How your total is calculated
Product subtotal + £15 postage & packaging = order total. The same calculation is shown in your basket, at checkout and on your order confirmation.
Dispatch timings
Orders are picked and packed once your bank transfer has been received and matched to your order reference. Transfers between UK banks usually clear the same working day. Until payment is matched your order remains at Awaiting Bank Transfer.

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Please make sure your delivery address and postcode are entered exactly as they appear on your bank or utility records.
