What does the listed price include?: Each listed product price is for a 10-vial kit unless otherwise stated. Prices are in GBP and include VAT.
Where are orders dispatched from?: Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Nothing is shipped from overseas, so there are no international shipping delays.
How much is delivery?: Postage and packaging is a flat £15 per order, regardless of the number of products purchased.
How do I pay?: Orders are paid by UK bank transfer. Full payment instructions and a unique payment reference are provided after checkout. We do not accept card payments.
When is my order processed?: Orders move into processing once payment has been received and matched to the order.
How do I make sure my payment is matched to my order?: Use your order number as the payment reference when you set up the transfer. That reference is shown on your order page and in your confirmation.
Can I order more than one kit?: Yes. Add as many kits as you need — postage stays at a flat £15 for the whole order.
